We will provide you with an environment that complies with guidelines issued by the UK Government. Safety is our number one priority for both customers and our team.

Arrive on time for your booked appointment, there will be no seats to sit on in the waiting area.
Arrive on your own, unless you are a parent or guardian of a customer under the age of 18 (please limit to 1 accompanying adult). Carer's are also welcome as an additional adult if required.
Use the hand sanitizer provided by Heads Up upon arrival and exit. Face masks are optional. Please follow signs within the shop for exit and following.
We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are buying.
Our team will be following strict guidelines and ask that you to do the same, please place any paper towels or tissues in the bins provided. Sanitize or wash hands after coughing and sneezing.
Contact us if you or anyone that you live with is unwell, has a high temperature or self-isolating prior to your appointment. Please do not attend your appointment.
Our Barber Shop:
Heads Up has implemented a new appointment booking system to adhere to government social distancing guidelines and limit the number of queues inside and outside of the shop. The booking system will help us easily track and trace our customers, if required.
The team will greet you, without close contact (no handshakes etc)
Every customer will receive a fresh gown and fresh towels for each cut.
The team will wear visors, aprons and wash/sanitize hands prior to each haircut
The team will not be working if they have a high temperature, feel unwell or if anyone in their household is unwell or self-isolating.
The team have completed online hygiene training to work safely within Covid-19 guidelines
Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with appropriate sanitizer between each appointment. Door handles and bathrooms will be cleaned regularly
There will be no magazines or newspapers/t toys to share between clients. No lollipops will be provided after haircuts for under 14’s. Unfortunately at the moment we remain cash payment only.
